I stayed at a wonderful hotel in Koh Samui called Relax Hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a comfortable bed and fresh towels provided daily. The shower was amazing, the best I've had in South East Asia. The hotel was in a convenient location, close to restaurants and shops, and just a short walk from the beach. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even helping us with bike rental. I highly recommend Relax Hotel for a great stay in Koh Samui.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel was very clean and had all the modern amenities like TV, Wi-Fi, and a hot shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the balcony provided a wonderful view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their reassurance about renting a motobike. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. An absolute bargain for the prices being charged.

They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to assist us with any issues we had, even if they weren't related to our accommodation. The rooms were clean and quiet, with comfortable beds. We were provided with drinking water bottles, which was a nice touch. the value for money was amazing, and this has been one of the best hotels we've stayed in during our trip around Thailand.

Some guests have mentioned that the non-sound proofing windows in the front rooms facing the road can be a disturbance, particularly for sensitive sleepers.

There was also a nice coffee place nearby and a good Thai restaurant for dinner. 7/11 stores were conveniently located for supplies.

We had a random change of plans and the owners of Sleep Inn Samui were incredibly understanding. They not only refunded our non-refundable stay but also covered the cost of our transportation to the new place. Their kindness and flexibility made our experience with the hotel truly remarkable. The value for money is exceptional, as the building is new and the rooms are in great condition. I would suggest getting a room with AC for added comfort. Despite a few minor inconveniences mentioned in other reviews, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I'll highly recommend this place for its excellent service and value.

our recent stay in choeng mon was fantastic. this time, we decided to try a new hotel and chose sleep inn samui. we were pleasantly surprised by the big and modern room, the quiet atmosphere, and the helpful staff who provided us with useful information. the hotel's location, away from the tourist areas, made it feel more authentic, and the attached bike rental place made exploring the nearby beach and local shops convenient.
